One Ashford Hospital opened in Kent five years ago and since then it has gone from strength to strength.  We know that our success comes first and foremost from the people who work with us.  We are committed to recruiting people who have a passion for care and want to be part of a friendly, professional team that provides high clinical standards and quality care for our patients.  In return we invest in them to develop in their own successful careers.

As a forward-thinking organisation, we have invested to provide the most comfortable and modern environment for patients and the most up to date equipment and clinical facilities for our staff and clinicians.  But we know it’s not just about the fixtures and fittings that make a successful hospital and so we make sure that our staff feel supported, valued and happy at work in a superb working environment.

We offer a range of benefits, including training and educational support, private health insurance, free parking, company pension scheme, life assurance and flexible working conditions.

Hannah Gulvin, Ward Sister

It’s great working in Theatres alongside such experienced practitioners. We are a small but happy team and I really feel that all have a wealth of knowledge and we deliver safe, high quality and reliable care.  We render a seamless service to all our customers during their theatre journey.

Jolly Singh, Theatre Nurse

Since starting in November, the team have been very friendly and welcoming. I work with very knowledgeable staff who are always happy to teach and share their skills, and I have been given lots of opportunities to learn and progress.
