New Marketing Head to Lead on Excellence in Customer Care

One Healthcare has appointed a new Marketing Director to implement a communications strategy that focuses on first-class customer experiences.

In a move designed to prioritise better communications between hospitals, patients, GPs and other partners, One Healthcare has appointed a new, forward-thinking Group Sales and Marketing Director.

Sam Flew, previously of Vitality and BMI Healthcare, joins our team with more than 12 years of healthcare experience. Sam was appointed in August to take the lead on all sales and marketing activity across the group and brings with her an in-depth understanding of the expectations and requirements of private patients, as well as expertise in delivering the highest quality communications.
