Mr Ayerst is a Senior Dermatology Consultant with two decades of experience in managing patients with dermatologic disease.  He is a dual accredited generalist with expertise in both medical and surgical management of patients across the full age range as a South African trained dermatologist.

Mr Ayerst has worked in the national health services of South Africa and the United Kingdom for 25 years.   He has taken a career break from his NHS clinical practice to pursue national projects through the charity and health services sectors, although he still assists NHS clinics.
