You can refer NHS patients to us and select the date and location of their appointment while they are at your GP practice. When you have created login details, your patients can also make an appointment with us themselves for the services under the NHS Patient Choice scheme. They can do this on the NHS e-Referral Service booking website at refer.nhs.uk/login

Information for referrers
In order to ensure patient safety, every referral will be risk assessed against the following criteria: age, BMI, smoking
status, comorbidities and current medical condition.
We cannot accept patients under the age of 18 years.
