Information for referrers
In order to ensure patient safety, every referral will be risk assessed against the following criteria: age, BMI, smoking
status, comorbidities and current medical condition.
Patients will be screened for Coronavirus COVID-19 in line with current guidelines.
We cannot accept patients under the age of 18 years.
