Exciting times ahead with the appointment of our new Outpatient Manager

One Ashford Hospital is delighted to announce the appointment of Esther Tanton as our new Outpatient Manager.

Esther initially joined One Ashford as a bank nurse in 2018, working in Pre-Assessment. In February 2019, she took on a permanent role in the same department as a full-time junior sister. Esther found this to be a wonderful experience, working with such a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, providing a key service to both private and NHS patients prior to undergoing surgery. Esther firmly believes that working alongside such a great team was beneficial to both her health and wellbeing.

Since starting, Esther has enjoyed every moment of working at the hospital, and is embracing her new role of leading clinicians and administrators of whom she is very proud to call her team. Every day is a new day for her, and she is learning new skills and meeting various Consultants on a daily basis.

Esther is very eager to take on the new challenges ahead of her and hopes to make Outpatients a more productive and innovative department for patients, thus ensuring they receive the best possible treatment during their stay at One Ashford.
