One Hatfield Hospital, the region’s new private hospital, opened in November and has already received glowing feedback from patients.
The new Hospital, on Hatfield Business Park, is the result of a £35m investment in the latest facilities and services. It offers a full range of surgical procedures and treatments.
One Hatfield Hospital is home to the latest theatres, luxury ensuite bedrooms, specialist rehabilitation physiotherapy and outpatient diagnostic facilities including fast-track access to X-ray, MRI and ultrasound.
One of the first patients said, “The nursing staff were excellent, caring and attentive. The consultant was delightful and did an excellent job. I found every staff member, from bookings to catering, to be very pleasant. I have been to a number of private facilities and this gets 10/10.”
Another patient said, “The setting is lovely and puts you at ease. The staff were great, from my initial phone reservation to checking in, consultation, surgery and aftercare. The food was lovely and there was a great choice.”

One Hatfield Hospital will be offering services to self-pay and privately insured patients and will also be working closely with the NHS to assist in reducing waiting times on the more routine procedures.
The Hospital is recognised by all major private medical insurers, as well as being available as a choice, via most employer schemes.
