Here at One Hatfield Hospital, we are always pleased to hear what our patient’s think of the service they have received.  Below is a snapshot of the some of the excellent feedback we have received for Mr Jeremy Read.

Mr Read has always been patient made me feel relaxed and I have every confidence in him.

Excellent explanation of options pre treatment & great bedside manner during treatment.

Had three ops done by Mr Read, every time great.

Amazing consultant with a high level of expertise genuinely a lovely person who was always willing to answer every question I had not just regarding surgery but about the condition in general. Always dedicates time to you makes you feel at ease.

I saw Mr Read after experiencing extreme pain in my hand carrying out day to day activities. He advised me that I needed a trapeziectomy with ligament reconstruction. He told me it would be 3 months before I started to feel the benefit. He wasn’t wrong. But after the operation and following extensive physiotherapy, 5 months on I have absolutely no regrets. I have just found the list of things I had stopped doing before the operation and can now do them all and with no pain.

Put me at ease, especially during the operation.
