Our fundamental approach is to work in collaboration with Consultants, Private Medical Insurers and Specialist Healthcare Intermediaries in order to strategically select further sites for development. New modern purpose built Private Hospitals will emerge to support the strategic objectives of our partners and deliver compelling healthcare services within the local community.
Three new developments are currently at the detailed planning consent stage, with the land purchase secured and funding for development in place. Our second One Healthcare Hospital, One Hatfield Hospital, opened six weeks early and on budget in December 2017. This is unprecedented in our industry and is a sign of the experience and commitment of the One Healthcare development team led by Sean Conlon. Sean is Head of Healthcare for Conlon Construction who were responsible for the build on One Healthcare's first two hospitals. The team is supported by the William Clark Partnership.
One Healthcare Partners Ltd is committed to developing a national chain of strategically positioned Private Hospital Facilities over the next few years.
At every stage of development, One Healthcare Partners Ltd is keen to engage with strategic partners, and stakeholders to ensure that we listen and act, in order to develop an inclusive business that meets the needs of our collective customers.
